enter your first workplace, nobody expects you to have all the answers.<br data-start=\"2541\" data-end=\"2544\" \/>What employers look for \u2014 and what SHRM competencies emphasize \u2014 is <em data-start=\"2612\" data-end=\"2631\">learning agility.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2662\">A growth mindset helps you:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2907\">\n<li habits I recommend to my students (and often practice myself):<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"3207\" data-end=\"3695\">\n<li data-start=\"3207\" data-end=\"3298\">\n<p data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3298\"><strong data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3240\">Learn one new thing daily.<\/strong> Even a five-minute read on HR trends keeps you growing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3394\">\n<p data-start=\"3302\" data-end=\"3394\"><strong data-start=\"3302\" data-end=\"3329\">Seek feedback actively.<\/strong> Don\u2019t wait for performance reviews \u2014 ask, \u201cHow can I improve?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3496\">\n<p data-start=\"3398\" data-end=\"3496\"><strong data-start=\"3398\" data-end=\"3422\">Reflect on mistakes.<\/strong> When something goes wrong, ask \u201cWhat did I learn?\u201d instead of \u201cWhy me?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3497\" data-end=\"3578\">\n<p data-start=\"3500\" data-end=\"3578\"><strong data-start=\"3500\" data-end=\"3521\">Celebrate effort.<\/strong> Recognize your own consistency, not just achievements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3579\" data-end=\"3695\">\n<p data-start=\"3582\" data-end=\"3695\"><strong data-start=\"3582\" data-end=\"3618\">Surround yourself with learners.<\/strong> Growth is contagious \u2014 stay near people who Context<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3732\" data-end=\"3962\">In Saudi Arabia, where Vision 2030 is transforming industries rapidly, the graduates who adapt fastest will succeed the most.<br data-start=\"3857\" data-end=\"3860\" \/>Jobs are evolving, technologies are reshaping HR practices, and new skills are constantly in demand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3964\" data-end=\"4100\">That means your career success will depend less on what you already know \u2014 and more on how fast you can <em data-start=\"4068\" data-end=\"4098\">learn, unlearn, and relearn.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4102\" data-end=\"4150\">A growth mindset prepares you for that future.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4152\" data-end=\"4155\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4157\" data-end=\"4193\"><strong ask yourself:<br data-start=\"4461\" data-end=\"4464\" \/>What one new skill, habit, or idea will I practice \u2014 not to impress others, but to grow myself?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4563\"
